Making an inquiry takes less than a minute.

The inquiry is sent directly to professional translators. The competence of all of the translators has been checked and awarded with three categories: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Getting Bids

Suitable translators are automatically notified of new inquiries by e-mail.

In the case of the most common language pairs, translators should be sending their bids within 30-60 minutes, regardless of the time of day and day of the week.

The price indicated in the bid is final - no additional charges will be incurred.

Contracting the Chosen Translator

At the time of contracting the translator, a sum in the amount of the order cost is reserved on the customer's account.

The order can be paid through online banking, with PayPal, or by credit card.

The amount is reserved on the customer's account until the moment when they accept the translation.

Accepting the Translation
|

When the translation is finished, the customer is notified by e-mail.

The customer can accept the translation, send it back for correction, or request a refund of the full reserved amount.

Issuing the Invoice
|

At the time of accepting the translation, a sales invoice is automatically created by Kayade LLC. Invoices are saved in the folder labelled My invoices.

If required, you can add company details to the invoice and print it out.
