u26127:  It took a few trials to get the translation spot on. Dealing with the person was timely and in the end the job was done satisfactorily.

If the original scan is poor (challenging for sophisticated OCR software even), one page is initially missing, and the customer does not share his term preferences with the translator, then the outcome would hardly be as desired... Plus the fact that the comment was provided more than 2 months after the task performed.
